Terms of Service

Our Terms of Service for Obu Eats gives you the key points in plain language. The detailed legal version covers all rights and obligations for both you and Obu Eats in more complex legalese.

If there's ever a contradiction, the legal version prevails. But hopefully you'll find this version much easier to understand!

What We Do

Obu Eats is your nutrition companion. We help you discover recipes, plan meals, track what you eat, and get nutrition advice through AI and human experts.

We don't sell food. We're an information and guidance service. If we link to food delivery services, you're buying from them, not us.

Important Health Stuff

Not Medical Advice

We provide nutrition information and guidance, NOT medical advice. Always consult a qualified doctor or healthcare professional for medical decisions, especially if you're pregnant, have health conditions, or are planning significant diet changes.

Our AI and nutrition experts offer general guidance. They're helpful, but they're not substitutes for personalized medical care from your doctor.
